York freshman Morgan Uhlick was tabbed as the CAC Golfer of the Week after placing in a tie for fourth at the McDaniel Spring Invitational last weekend. Uhlick started to the two-day tournament at the Bridges Golf Club with a four-over-par 76 on Saturday, before carding a six-over 78 on Sunday for a two-day total of 154. He finished four strokes out of the first place in the 92-player field.

NOTES AROUND THE CONFERENCE

Penn State Harrisburg, Wesley, and York each competed at the McDaniel Spring Invitational at the Bridges Golf Club in Abbottstown, Pa. last weekend ... In the 18-team field, York finished 13th, Wesley 14th, and Penn State Harrisburg 16th ... Mary Washington and Marymount are currently competing at the Lynchburg Invitational at Poplar Grove Golf Club, with the two-day tournament wrapping up today ... New Jersey City will open its spring schedule on Sunday, April 2 vs. Yeshiva. The Gothic Knights went unbeaten in dual matches during the fall at 5-0, and will play seven rounds in the spring portion of their schedule. Freshman Cameron Arnold has been the individual leader or co-medalist in a head-to-head match three times for NJCU this season ... Sean Creel and Matt Maskell were the highest finishing Wesley golfers at the McDaniel Spring Invitational. Both golfers carded a 166 to finish tied for 53rd place.
