      <description>Wesley's ASHLEY COX was named the Capital Athletic Conference Women's Track &amp; Field Athlete of the Week for April 14, 2008, after placing second in three events in third in another at the Rowan Open over the weekend.  Cox was second in the long jump (16-5 3/4), 100-meter dash (13.94), 100-meter hurdles (18.21) and third in the 200-meter dash (28.84).</description>

      <description>Mary Washington senior CRISTY FALCONE (Half Hollow Hills, N.Y./Half Hollow Hills) was named the Capital Athletic Conference Women's Track &amp; Field Athlete of the Week for the second time in three weeks this spring after outdueling Salisbury's Kelly Sullivan in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Duke Invitational.  Falcone provisionally qualified for the NCAA Division III championships with a fifth-place finish (10:59.79), just 27 seconds off the pace set by Felicitas Mensing of Div. I Coastal Carolina.</description>
