CAC Women's Tennis Tournament Bracket 

Fourth-seeded St. Mary's claimed a 5-0 victory over fifth-seeded Southern Virginia in the first round of the CAC Women's Tennis Tournament on Saturday in St. Mary's City, Md. St. Mary's improves to 10-6 with the win, while Southern Virginia's seen comes to a close with a record of 8-9. 

The Seahawks advance to Wednesday's semifinals, where they will meet top-seeded Mary Washington. Wednesday's other semifinal features third-seeded Salisbury at second-seeded Christopher Newport. 

In doubles play, the St. Mary's No. 1 duo of Shannon Ramsey and Emily Stumpfig posted an 8-3 win, Chelsea English and Emily Rost earned an 8-5 win at No. 3, and the No. 2 team of Melissa Barall and Mollie Johnson captured and 8-6 victory. 

In singles, Barall earned a 6-1, 6-2 triumph at No. 2 and Stumpfig posted a 6-3, 6-3 win at No. 3 to close out the win for the Seahawks.
