Mary Washington Senior Jessica Singer Earns All-America Honors at NCAA Swimming Championships
Mary Washington senior Jessica Singer garnered All-America recognition in the 1650 freestyle on the final day of the NCAA Swimming Championships in Indianapolis, Ind. on Saturday.
Singer capped off her career with a record-setting time of 17:12.06 in the 1650 to nab 16th in the event, setting new school and CAC records along the way. With her 16th place mark, Singer grabbed All-America honors.
Amber Kerico also competed for Mary Washington in Saturday's final day of competition. The senior swam her final race in the 200 breaststroke, touching in 2:23.54 to take 27th place.
