The Wesley College women's basketball team has been selected for the 2011 ECAC South Championships and will travel to Catholic for the quarterfinals.

The Wolverines and Cardinals will square off on Wednesday, March 2 at 5:30 PM.

It will be the third straight season Wesley has earned a bid to the ECAC South Championships.  The Wolverines reached the championship game in 2008-09.

The first-round winners will advance to the semifinals on Saturday, March 5 at the site of the highest remaining seed. The winner of Waynesburg/Moravian will face the winner of Penn State-Behrend/Marywood in one semifinal, and the winner of Catholic/Wesley will play the winner of Gwynedd-Mercy/Alvernia in the other semifinal. The semifinal winners will meet Sunday, March 6 for the championship.
