Seven C2C Standouts Qualify for NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships

The NCAA Division III Men's and Women's Track and Field Committee announced the participants in the 2026 NCAA Division III Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Seven Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) standouts were selected: 

  • UC Santa Cruz: Elena Stanciu, Women's 1,500-meters; Nia Kim, Heptathlon; Evan Hofstetter, Decathlon

  • Christopher Newport: Ellie Nuckols, Women's 400-hurdles, heptathlon; Dylan Filipowicz, Men's Javelin

  • Salisbury: Mia Hill, Women's long jump; Kai Smith, Men's 100- and 200-meters

For each individual event contested, including the decathlon and heptathlon, the top 22 declared student-athletes were accepted into the competition. For each relay event contested, the top 16 declared relay teams, one per institution, were accepted into the competition.

The championships will be held May 21-23 at Veteran's Memorial Field Sports Complex in La Crosse, Wisconsin.  Click here for the schedule.
