The 2023 Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) Softball All-Conference honors were announced. Below are the recipients: 

Player of the Year: Brooke Greaver - Christopher Newport

Junior third baseman Brooke Greaver claimed C2C's Player of the Year honors after leading CNU at the plate.  Greaver tops the squad in most offensive categories and was named the C2C Player of the Week three times this spring. She has clubbed 13 home runs, which is the most in the league and tied for sixth in the nation, and has 39 RBI. The native of Abingdon, Md., leads the Captains in home runs (13), batting average (.415), hits (34), doubles (7), runs batted in (39), total bases (80), slugging percentage (.976), walks (17), and on-base percentage (.514) this season. In addition, Greaver is now eighth on CNU's all-time home run list with 23.

Pitcher of the Year:  Lindsey Windsor – Salisbury

Senior Lindsey Windsor won her third consecutive C2C Pitcher of the Year award after she led the conference in saves (3) and tied for the league lead in wins with a 12-0 record at the end of the regular season. Windsor had a 1.14 ERA, which ranks second in the C2C and 24th in Division III, and is third in the conference with 86 strikeouts. At the plate, Windsor ranked in the top five in the conference in batting average, RBIs, home runs, runs scored and stolen bases.

Rookie of the Year: Sam Flowers – Salisbury

Sam Flowers finished her first season with the Sea Gulls with a .362 average with 19 runs scored, 12 stolen bases, 11 RBIs, three doubles and two triples. She was the primary starter in left field and closed out the regular season with a 1.000 fielding percentage and two outfield assists.

Scholar-Athlete of the Year: Natalie Paoli – Salisbury

Senior Natalie Paoli picked up her second consecutive C2C Scholar-Athlete of the Year award as a public relations and strategic communications major at SU with a 3.91 GPA. Paoli was named the 2022-23 SU Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year and is a member of the Chi Alpha Sigma, Phi Kappa Phi and Lambda Pi Eta honor societies. The three-time All-C2C honoree was announced earlier this season as a selection to the NFCA Player of the Year Watch List. Paoli is hitting .348 with three homers, 24 RBIs, 27 runs, eight doubles and a perfect 7-for-7 in stolen bases.

Coaching Staff of the Year: Head Coach: Lacey Lord - Salisbury

Head coach Lacey Lord and the rest of the SU coaching staff finished the regular season as the top-ranked team in the nation for the past eight weeks with a record of 36-2 heading into the C2C Tournament. Lord also eclipsed the 100-win mark at SU earlier this season.

Rookie of the Year: Sam Flowers - Salisbury

Scholar-Athlete of the Year: Natalie Paoli - Salisbury

Coaching Staff of the Year: Head Coach: Lacey Lord - Salisbury
