Salisbury's Erika Brittingham Leads ECAC South Region Softball All-Star Squad
Salisbury junior hurler Erika Brittingham was selected as a first-team all-star and Pitcher of the Year, leading six CAC softball standouts onto the 2011 ECAC South all-region team.
Teammates joining Brittingham on the awards podium were freshman first baseman Harley Hill, the ECAC South Rookie of the Year, and veteran mentor Margie Knight, the ECAC South Coach of the Year.
Brittingham was the only CAC player named to the ECAC South all-region first team. Second-team honorees included Salisbury sophomore catcher Michelle Gravdahl, sophomore outfielder Lindsay McCabe and Frostburg State freshman first baseman Caitlin Lovend.
