The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced its weekly awards following the 11th week of the 2026 spring tennis season.  Mary Washington's Asher Willenborg picked up C2C Men's Tennis Player of the Week merit, while the Eagles Isabella Rotaru was tabbed C2C Women's Tennis Player of the Week.

MEN'S TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Asher Willenborg, Mary Washington

Mary Washington junior Asher Willenborg led the #13 Eagles to a 5-2 victory over #34 North Carolina Wesleyan on Tuesday in the Eagles' lone match of the week, scoring wins at one doubles and one singles. Willenborg and Trevor Rein scored a 6-1 win at one over Albert Sitwell and Adam Singleton, and then Willenborg defeated Singleton, 6-1, 6-0, at one as the Eagles gained a 5-2 win over a ranked opponent.

WOMEN'S TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Isabella Rotaru, Mary Washington

Mary Washington freshman Isabella Rotaru went undefeated as the #25 Eagles swept 7-0 wins from Salisbury and Virginia Wesleyan this week. Rotaru and Sarah Sandoval Banuelos topped Evelyn Whiteside and Elizabeth Coligan, 6-1, at two doubles against Salisbury, and the duo topped Virginia Wesleyan, 6-0, on Friday. In singles, Rotaru beat Salisbury's Cleo Solomon, 6-3, 6-1, at two on Wednesday, and then beat Tuva Flink of Va. Wesleyan, 6-3, 6-2, at one on Friday.
