Mary Washington's Lindsay Raulston and Shelby Harris Roll in NCAA Doubles First Round

The Mary Washington women's tennis doubles duo of Lindsay Raulston and Shelby Harris rolled into the NCAA quarterfinals with a straight-set victory over Hope in Thursday's Round of 16 at the Biszantz Family Tennis Center in Claremont, Calif.
Seeded first in the field, Raulston and Harris downed Hope's pairing of Nancy Benda and Carli Capestany 6-1, 6-1 to move onto the final eight. The UMW duo will take on Samantha Chao and Lea Lynn Yen of Pomona-Pitzer on Friday at 7 p.m. ET.
In singles play, Raulston fell to fifth-seeded Gabby Devlin of Amherst 6-3, 6-1 in the opening round of 32. Raulston concludes her season at 18-8.
