Salisbury Clinches No. 2 Seed In Both Men's And Women's Tennis Tournaments With Wins Over St. Mary's And Wesley Saturday
Salisbury's men's and women's tennis teams swept CAC matches vs. St. Mary's and Wesley Saturday to clinch the No. 2 seed in their respective CAC tournaments, which begin next weekend.
Mary Washington's women also played twice Saturday, dropping a tough 7-2 decision at Johns Hopkins before downing York by a 9-0 margin. The Eagles, whose men defeated York earlier this season, clinched the top seed and home-court advantage in the upcoming CAC playoffs.
