Overtime PK Eliminates Penn State Harrisburg in ECAC Men's Soccer Semifinals
Penn State Harrisburg saw its season come to a close with a 1-0 overtime loss to Drew in the semifinals of the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Men's Soccer Tournament on Saturday in Annville, Pa.
After a scoreless 90 minutes of play in regulation, Drew found the back of the net on a penalty kick in the 94th minute to secure the victory. The Lions conclude the year at 13-9 following the defeat.
Drew held the edge in both shots (15-9) and corner kicks (6-3) in the contest, while Penn State Harrisburg goalkeeper Brandon Hoover notched eight saves in the defeat.
