Six CAC Programs Honored With NFHCA Team Academic Awards
Six Capital Athletic Conference programs were honored by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) 2008 Team Academic Award.
The NFHCA recognized 102 NCAA Division III teams for academic success during the Fall 2008 semester. Each team honored compiled a 3.00 or better composite team grade point average.
CAC teams honored by the NFHCA included Hood College, Salisbury University, St. Mary's College of Md., Stevenson University, Wesley College and York College of Pa.
The 2008 NFHCA Division III National Academic Squad will be released later this week.
